SMS Text Messaging Program — Consent Disclosure

Program name: Full Send Diesel Repair Service Notifications
Program operator: Full Send Diesel Repair, 300 Industrial Dr, Nazareth, PA 18064 · (908) 674-1350
Last updated: July 27, 2026

This page documents exactly how Full Send Diesel Repair collects consent from its own service customers to receive SMS text messages, and the exact wording used to collect that consent. It is published here as the public record of our opt-in process.

How consent is collected

Consent is collected in person only, at our shop, at the time the customer drops off their vehicle for service. We do not collect phone numbers or messaging consent through any web form, and we do not purchase, rent, sell, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from any third party.

At check-in, a Full Send Diesel Repair staff member asks the customer for their mobile number and reads the verbal opt-in disclosure below. The customer must verbally agree. The customer then signs our written service intake / work order, which contains the written consent language below. Only after both steps does a staff member enter the customer's mobile number into our shop management system and mark the customer as opted in to text messages.

Verbal opt-in disclosure — exact wording read to the customer at check-in

“What's the best mobile number to reach you at? With your permission, we'll text you updates about your repair at that number — your estimate, any approval we need from you, status updates while we're working, and a notice when your vehicle is ready for pickup and payment. Message frequency varies depending on your repair. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop the texts, or reply HELP for help. Saying yes isn't required to get your vehicle serviced. Is it okay if we text you at that number?”

The customer must answer yes. If the customer declines, we contact them by phone call only and their number is not enrolled.

Written opt-in language — exact wording on the signed service intake / work order

“Yes — I agree to receive SMS text messages from Full Send Diesel Repair at the mobile number provided above regarding my vehicle service, including repair estimates, approval requests, vehicle status updates, and pickup and payment notifications. Message frequency varies by repair. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at fullsenddieselrepair.com.”

What we send

Transactional service notifications only, related to the customer's own vehicle repair. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages under this program. Examples of actual messages:

  • “Here is your estimate from Full Send Diesel Repair: [link]”
  • “Please review and approve your estimate to begin work: [link]”
  • “Work has begun on your truck. We will keep you posted.”
  • “Your 2017 Ram 2500 is ready for pickup at Full Send Diesel Repair.”
  • “Your vehicle is ready for pickup. Here is your payment link: [link]”

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by repair. A typical repair generates roughly 3 to 8 messages from drop-off to pickup.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that number. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or call the shop at (908) 674-1350.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
